Delivery
A small flat delivery fee of $10.00 applies to all orders (regardless of weight, size and quantity). However, free shipping applies for any orders over $180.
All orders are sent via Sendle and will be received between 2-3 business days for domestic zones.
We may not be able to deliver to PO Boxes, locked bags or parcel lockers in some areas and deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays as they apply nationally and to each State.
Shipping is only available Australia-wide.
To ensure your privacy
- The sender is 'Private Luxe.' - There is no indication of what goods are contained within the package.Unlike many other companies, we do not see postage charges as a 'profit centre' and only charge you a small flat fee of $10.00 regardless of the size or weight.
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order (weekdays only), provided we receive your order before 1:00 pm AEST. Deliveries will be received between 2-3 business days for domestic zones.
We provide customers with an estimated date of delivery, however, these estimates are subject to change and are not guaranteed. Please allow additional one to two days for shipping with weeks that include local public holidays.
All parcels are tracked within Sendle’s network of delivery providers. International deliveries will be processed by the global postal network and Sendle will rely on the tracking information received by postal operators. You will receive a text message with the Sendle tracking number once your purchased items have been dispatched.
Parcels may be left unattended at the delivery address if the delivery provider deems it safe to do so. Sendle delivery agents reserve the right to decline to enter any premises that they deem to be dangerous or unsafe. If this occurs, Sendle will attempt to contact the receiver to make alternative arrangements, failing which the parcel will be returned to Private Luxe.
Important: If your parcel appears to have been tampered with or the seal is broken, do not accept delivery and contact us immediately at help@privateluxe.com.au
